Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to enable 'Unknown Sources' on my device?

Yes. Since the app isn't on the Play Store, you'll need to allow installs from unknown sources. On Fire Stick, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > Install Unknown Apps.

What Android version is required?

The player requires Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher. Most devices sold in the last 5 years meet this requirement.

Does the app auto-update?

Yes. The player checks for updates on every launch and will prompt you to install the latest version automatically.

Can I run the player on multiple devices?

Absolutely. Each device gets its own pairing code. Add as many screens as you need from your dashboard.

What happens if the device loses internet?

The player caches content locally. It will continue displaying the last loaded playlist and reconnect automatically when internet is restored.

Is there an iOS or web version?

A web-based PWA player is coming soon. For now, the native APK is available for all Android-based devices.
