Our platform enables advertisers to create and manage advertising campaigns, and allows screen hosts to display advertisements and earn revenue.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. For screen hosts, revenue sharing payments will be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your host agreement. Payment schedules, minimum thresholds, and disbursement methods are detailed in your account dashboard. We are not responsible for any taxes that may apply to your earnings.

You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for any applicable fees. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdVenue.tv and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

10. Governing Law

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Any failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
